It is no accident that you have discovered these pages. Maroma calls out to very few, but in a profound and moving manner as it did me. Situated on the 'Mayan Riviera' area of the Mexican Caribbean, protected by the world's second largest barrier reef, amid lush green palms and slow jungle rhythms, you will find an Oasis from the world around you. Over the course of the next weeks and months, you will be able to find art, stories, photos and folklore related the history and characters that make up My Maroma. Fashioned from the vision of architect Jose Luis Moreno and his wife Sally Shaw Moreno, they nurtured their own unique brand of 'Handmade Hospitality'.
